Answers to Agents' Frequently Asked Questions

Complete our online application and our Agent Support staff will contact you.

When are commissions paid?
On the 25th of the month following business entered by the last day of the previous month.

What is the commission rate?
20%.

What is the override rate on recruited agents' sales?
5%.

Are there minimum quotas to meet to receive commissions?
No. 

What is the time period for receiving residual income?
Residual income will be paid as long as the agent is in good standing and their members are paying membership fees. 

How do I process orders?
There are 3 ways to enter orders. 1) Online at your affiliate site. 2) Faxing order forms to our corporate office. 3) Through the Contact Relationship Management (CRM) System.

Are there PlanB for Health marketing materials?
Yes.  PlanB for Health has an online marketing support center.

Does PlanB for Health have specifically approved ads?
Yes. Agents can have ads with personal contact information for a nominal set-up fee or blank for use with a personal type setter.

Are there restricted territories or market segments?
There are no restricted geographic regions for each agent.  In some cases the company will reserve the right to market to specific audiences.

Do I need to invest my own funds?
Agents are required to enroll in PlanB for Health and keep their monthly memberships current.  No other investment is required.

What happens when one of my prospects calls in to the corporate office?
We ask all call ins where they heard about PlanB for Health.  If an agent's name is given, that agent will be the owner of the call in.

How do I keep track of my commissions?
Agents will receive a monthly commission report.  Commissions can also be reviewed from the online CRM system.

When and how can I review the agent agreement?
After the agent application has been received and reviewed, agents will receive a user ID and be able to log on to our website and download the agent agreement.

Is technical training provided for using the CRM system?
Yes.

Is sales training provided?
Yes.

Who are good candidates to become members in PlanB for Health?
Anyone who spends out-of-pocket for their healthcare services.

Do I need an insurance license?
No.  The PlanB for Health program in not health insurance.
