Easy To Use Services with PlanB for Health

Once you become a member of PlanB for Health, you will receive a Member ID Card and a User Manual which will describe each benefit program in detail. 

It is important to keep your membership card with you at all times so it will be easily accessible to present at provider locations. 

Please note there are three ways to access our healthcare services

1)     Some services only require presenting your card at one of our listed providers. This applies to our Prescription, Dental, Hearing, Chiropractic, Alternative and Vision services.

2)     PlanB for Health's Telephone Counseling, Nurse Hotline, Medifile and Travel Assistance programs are provided by calling a toll free number.

 3)     Physician and Hospital services are initiated by calling one of our healthcare consultants to personally assist you in receiving your savings and arranging appointments.

How to access each particular service will be outlined in the program descriptions. To locate participating providers in your area, check the listing included with your membership kit.  For additional provider locations, simply call the appropriate number on the back of your card or go to Provider Searchon the PlanB for Health website.
