Easy To Use Services with PlanB for Health

Once you become a member of PlanB for Health, you will receive a Member ID Card and a User Manual. The Manual describes each benefit program in detail, and lists special providers that will offer savings to you. You will also receive a welcome call for benefit orientation.

It is important to keep your membership card with you at all times so it's readily accessible and easily presented at provider locations.

Please note there are three ways to access our healthcare services:

1) Some services only require presenting your card at one of our listed providers. This applies to our Hearing and Vision programs.

2) PlanB for Health's Nurse Hotline and the Counseling and Medifile programs are provided by calling a toll free number.

 3) The Patient Advocate and Destist services are initiated by calling one of our healthcare customer service representatives who will personally assist you in pre-arranging appointments and receiving your savings.

 How to access each particular service will be outlined in the program descriptions. To locate participating providers in your area, you will be able to check the listing included with your membership kit. For additional provider locations, you will simply call the appropriate number listed in the user manual or on the back of your card.
