VHAC's plans for near-term expansion include:

  • Acquisitions. (Accelerated Growth Division) We are currently researching the acquisition of successful companies offering similar services that will benefit from our sales and marketing and management expertise. By acquiring several of these companies, we will benefit from economies of scale, increased buying power and streamlining of services.

  • Signature Care. (Corporate Division) This year we are introducing Signature Care, a product that will significantly reduce costs for self-insured corporations with 1,000 employees or more. With a customized healthcare cost containment program, Signature Care will dramatically reduce the crippling effect of healthcare costs on larger companies. In addition to delivering cost efficient services, Signature Care will provide superior healthcare with a focus on overall better health, increasing employee performance and corporate profitability.

  • Por Una Salud Agradable (For Perfect Health). (Multilingual Division) This is the first of several healthcare products that will focus specifically on the needs of our multilingual population. Por Una Salud Agradable is designed to give the large U.S. Hispanic community easier access to important healthcare services. In addition to providing all the great savings of PlanB for Health, it will address the special needs of Spanish-speaking Americans. Whenever possible, members will have the opportunity to receive healthcare services from their local community physicians. We will maintain multilingual customer service and healthcare consultants to assist our members.
